How fast do you reply?
Within two business days, always. The reply may be "not us" — but it will be honest, and it will name who to try next.
Do you take small projects?
Sometimes. Discovery (two weeks, fixed fee) is our smallest engagement. If your problem is smaller than that, we'll point you to someone whose model fits better.
Do you sign NDAs before talking?
Yes. Send one in the first email. We sign quickly.
What if I just want to chat?
Read a field note first. If you still have a question after that, write — it tells us what you're actually looking for.
